Everything ships from our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET usually leave the same business day and arrive in 3–5 business days. Shipping is free over $75 and $6.90 below that.
Why is the same quality cheaper here?
Because there is no chain between the factory and you — no distributor, no retail buyer, no store rent. We keep the catalogue small and order deep, which is the only real lever on unit cost.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects on everything we sell: failed motors, batteries that stop holding charge, coatings that flake, seams that give. Write to us with a photo and we replace it — no third-party claim form.
Can I return something I simply did not like?
Yes. Thirty days from delivery, no explanation needed, as long as it is in resalable condition. We send a prepaid label and refund as soon as the carrier scans it — we do not wait for it to reach the warehouse.
Can I order from several categories at once?
